What This Bill Does

Why I Wrote It

I’ve spent 25+ years building and securing mission‑critical systems — including for Fort Knox and the U.S. Census Bureau — and I’ve been vetted for and held a Top Secret clearance. I know how to make technology work securely, efficiently, and transparently. This bill is about making sure Indiana gets jobs, skills, and infrastructure — not just higher electric bills.
